Customer satisfaction is our top priority, as is maintaining a pleasant shopping experience for you. For your convenience, we have compiled our Store Policies in one location.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- All major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express)
Orders placed Sunday through Friday ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday ship on Monday. Some exceptions apply. There is no USPS service on national holidays.
- Orders shipped to the U.S.A. usually arrive within three to seven days from the date of the order
- International orders take longer, but usually arrive within 10 days from the date of the order
- Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can take longer
You can choose the following methods for shipping your items:
- USPS First Class Mail
- USPS Priority Mail
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, including shipping and tracking information. Orders shipped to Canada and Australia are trackable to destination address.
Items that are eligible for Free Shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Free shipping applies to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military APO/FPO addresses. If you select Priority Mail, shipping charges will apply.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products; but replacement products requested in exchange for returns are shipped free of charge.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the product(s), in new and unworn condition, for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit, or refund of the merchandise purchase price within 30 days of receipt. Through the holiday season, we will accept returns within 60 days of purchases made by December 24.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products; but replacements products that are requested in exchange for returns are shipped free of charge.
If we mistakenly send you an incorrect product, we will immediately ship you the correct product and include a prepaid return envelope for the incorrect product to be returned to us. If you ordered the incorrect size, you may easily exchange your item for the correct size by shipping it back to us. Your new order will ship upon receipt of your return.
Processing a return:
Before shipping the item back, contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Please return item(s) in undamaged and unworn condition.
