Your customer satisfaction is our top priority, as is maintaining a pleasant shopping experience for you. For your convenience, we have compiled our Store Policies in one location to make them easily accessible to our valued clients.
Payments & Sales Tax
We accept the following methods of payment: - All major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express)
- Paypal (bank draft, eCheck, and credit cards)
As a courtesy to our customers, we do not charge sales tax.
Shipping
Under no circumstances do we ship orders until payments have cleared. Insurance is available for an additional charge.
Items that are in stock at the time of purchase are usually shipped within two business days, often arriving within five to seven days from the date of the order. We do carry some products that we do not make ourselves, which may take longer to ship. Please note: Allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of custom made and dropshipped items.
We use the following methods for shipping your items: - Orders under 12 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
- Orders over 12 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, including the tracking number (for orders within the USA) International customers will also receive an email notification of shipment, including a tracking number if requested and paid for by the customer.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of personalized
products we cannot accept returns or exchanges on those unless a valid mistake
was made on our end or if the item is clearly defective. We must
receive the defective item first before we can send out a replacement.
We cannot accept returns on personalized items that do not fit. Please double check
the size chart to ensure that you are ordering the correct size.
Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. We accept returns of all undamaged, unworn , non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt. Through the holiday season, we will accept returns within 60 days of purchases made by December 24. In order to process a return, you must - Contact us at customerservice@bepebaby.com with your order number and reason for return, BEFORE shipping the items back
- Return items in undamaged and unworn condition
- Pay for return shipping
We will not accept the return if the item is damaged or worn. Under no circumstances are we responsible for items damaged in transit, as shipping insurance is available.
If we mistakenly send you the incorrect size, we will compensate with the correct size, shipped to you with a prepaid return envelope for the incorrect item.
If you ordered the incorrect sizes (on non-personalized items), you may easily exchange your item by shipping the items back to us at

We value your privacy and your protection is of the utmost importance to us. Your personal information is used solely to process your order and to send a sales receipt to you. All transactions on the BePe Baby web site are processed over a secured server for maximum protection. Encrypted payment pages make it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept or steal information. The site features SSL Web Server Certificate as well as a Hacker Safe Certificate updated daily to audit our security and ensure it's trustworthy.
You are not automatically added to any mailing lists by making a purchase. If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is solely used to send it to you. We will not share/sell your personal information to outside sources.
BePe Baby handles all customer information confidentially. Distribution of information to outside sources is strictly prohibited.
