Do BePe Baby slippers stay on? TOP
Our BePe Baby slippers were designed to stay on little feet without being too tight at the ankle. The top portion of the slipper is designed to come up high on the foot. To slip them on, simply pull open the elastic top of the heel section and slide over your child's foot.
What is on the inside of BePe Baby slippers? TOP
BePe Baby Slippers are lined in fleece for a warm and comfy fit. Kids love them. Moms do, too.
How do I know what size slipper to purchase? TOP
Our slipper sizes correspond with shoe sizes. Each size also includes the child's approximate age range, as well as the length of the sole.
Do all of your BePe Baby slippers have a non-skid sole? TOP
Yes, all Toddler size slippers have a non-skid sole. Our infant sizes 1 and 2 do not.

When can I expect my purchase to arrive? TOP
Items that are in stock at the time of purchase are usually shipped
within two business days, often arriving within five to seven days from
the date of the order. Drop-ship items may take longer to ship.

What if a mistake was made with my order? TOP
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If we made a mistake with your order, we will correct it immediately. Here is a link to our Return Policy.
What if I ordered the incorrect size or wish to make a return? TOP
If you ordered the incorrect size, you may easily exchange your item
for the correct size by shipping it back to us. Your new order will
ship upon receipt of your return.
We accept returns of all undamaged, unworn items within 30 days of
receipt. Through the holiday season, we will accept returns within 60
days of purchases made by December 24.

How do I care for my BePe Baby products? TOP
All of our BePe Baby brand baby and toddler products can be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low. The ladies fashion belts can be spot cleaned. Other dropshipped items will have their own care information.
